Beyond conventional practice, Andre Architecture leads projects across roles in design, development, and construction management. Fluent in process, we apply decades of research and field experience to carry bold ideas through feasibility and execution. Since our founding, we’ve completed work across the United States, including private residences, multi-family housing, historic adaptive-reuse, and planning-driven work.
Based in New York City, our office is led by founder and architect Andre Gomez. Since 2019, environmental stewardship and design innovation remain the guiding principles of our work.

Every project begins with careful observation. We work closely with clients and consultants to understand the unique constraints and opportunities that shape design, cost, and timeline. This enables informed decisions from the outset.
Programming
Communication provides a framework for design and roadmap for project success. Together with the client, project goals are discussed and defined. This alignment establishes scope and priorities early, allowing projects to move forward with focus and efficiency.

Mapping
Design decisions are continuously tested against project goals. We evaluate how materials, systems, and details perform across scale, cost, and long-term use. This ensures that the project performs as intended in real-world conditions.
Integration
Integration organizes space, materials, and technical building systems into a cohesive design. We coordinate across disciplines early to align design intent with execution, resulting in projects that perform as seamlessly as they appear.

We design buildings and interiors across a range of typologies, including residential and commercial projects, as well as adaptive reuse, urban planning, and land development. Design is not an isolated event, but part of a larger process that incorporates feasibility and implementation.
Consultant
As consultants, we help define project criteria, influencing factors, and projected results. We analyze and assess, guiding clients through complex decisions so they can move forward with confidence and a clear understanding of constraints and opportunities.
Coordinator
Coordination amongst engineers, contractors, agencies, and stakeholders unites the project around a shared and legible vision. By managing information flow and resolving conflicts early, we maintain the integrity of the design through every phase of the project.
Manager
Facilitating construction and preconstruction ensures design intent carries through to execution. Our role as Construction Manager handles budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor logistics to maintain project goals.
