Forbes Global Properties Features Design by Andre Architecture
Forbes Global Properties has featured a 17-unit multifamily design by Andre Architecture in its exclusive showcase of the world’s finest properties. Recognition by a major international affiliate marks a significant milestone for the young practice, particularly as the project occupies a prominent corner site within a city renowned for its architectural legacy.
The speculative design was commissioned by Elegran Real Estate to evaluate the development potential of a small corner lot. Andre Architecture developed a design language that reflects the neighborhood’s transitional character—familiar in scale, yet unmistakably contemporary in expression. Carefully articulated at the pedestrian level, the project is defined by townhouse-style lofts that engage directly with the sidewalk. This strategy reinforces the firm’s commitment to human-centered design, positioning architecture not as an object, but as a facilitator of the surrounding urban fabric and pedestrian experience.
